Over the years, I have had the privilege of giving trainings to members of law enforcement, community corrections, probation officers, Fire/EMS, and other public service personnel such as healthcare workers. I taught Mental Health First Aid and supervised the Crisis Intervention Team trainings for Alexandria, Virginia for many years. In 2020, my love for training prompted me to become a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional (CCFP) which allows me yet another avenue by which to help first responders, military and public service personnel care for themselves and increase their quality of life.
